I am getting new ink

I am getting a huge tattoo right now. Been going for about 4 hours right now. Got about 2 more to go. Looking for a distraction right now. I am in so damn much pain, but it is going to be sick.

A buddy of mine from the army flew in to town. I have not seen him in about 8 years. He is co-owner of 2 tattoo shops in New Orleans so he brought all of his gear and inked me up. We are not done yet but that was about 5.5 hours of work and it was all I could take in one sitting. We are going to go back after everything heals up and add in a bunch of red to the body and make it look like glass. We have about 2 or 3 more hours left in it, but it will really make it pop when we are done. Matt is talking about opening up another shop here in tulsa which will be nice.

Thanks man. I can't wait till it heals up so we can finish it. We have a lot of red shading to do. I am going for a traditional red dragon. He is going to look into opening a shop here in Tulsa so I hope that it works out for him. Tulsa needs a really good shop.

Well... He is living in New Orleans right now. We were talking about opening a shop up here in Tulsa soon, but there may be a hitch in out get a long. With the economy taking a nose dive, people are not spending money like they were. He is having a hard time keeping the doors open with the two shops that he owns now. He is sorta worried that he may have to close down one if not both of them. Next time he is in town I will see if he want to run one on you, but we are not sure when that will be.
